Collecting an order
Bring your order number. For a prescription medicine, bring the original prescription and a photo ID, because our pharmacist must check them before handing it over. Controlled medicines are not sold online and are supplied in the shop only.
A problem with a medicine or a side effect
Stop using it if you feel unwell and tell our pharmacist straight away by phone or WhatsApp. In an emergency call 112 or go to the nearest hospital. You can also report a product to NAFDAC.
